Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your tour

What is included in your tour packages?

Our tour packages typically include accommodations, transportation during the tour, guided activities and experiences, entrance fees to attractions, and some meals (as specified in each tour description). International and domestic flights to the starting point, travel insurance, personal expenses, and some meals are generally not included.

How physically demanding are your tours?

Each tour has a different activity level, which is clearly indicated in the tour description. Our adventure tours may involve hiking, kayaking, or other physical activities, while our cultural tours are generally less physically demanding. We can accommodate various fitness levels and can customize tours for those with specific needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date. Cancellations 30-59 days before receive a 50% refund, and cancellations less than 30 days before are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Flexible booking options are available for an additional fee.

When is the best time to visit Canada?

Canada is a year-round destination, with each season offering unique experiences. Summer (June-August) is ideal for most outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. Fall (September-October) offers spectacular foliage. Winter (December-March) is perfect for snow activities and Northern Lights viewing. Spring (April-May) brings beautiful wildflowers but can be rainy in some regions.

Do I need a visa to visit Canada?

Visitors from many countries need either a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Canada. US citizens are exempt from this requirement. We recommend checking the official Government of Canada website for the most current entry requirements based on your nationality. While we can provide general guidance, ensuring proper documentation is the traveler's responsibility.
